개인정보처리방침

돌려팝은 계정 없이 즐기는 퍼즐 게임입니다. 개발자는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이 문서는 기기에 남는 정보와 광고를 위해 Google이 수집하는 정보를 설명합니다.

1. 요약

회원가입과 로그인이 없고, 앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 개발자 서버로 자동 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 이메일로 지원을 요청하면 회신 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받아 문제 해결과 후속 문의 대응에만 사용하며 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.
게임 진행 기록과 코인 잔액은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

3. 광고와 Google이 수집하는 정보

돌려팝은 실패한 판에서 이용자가 원할 때 광고를 보고 선택 기회를 더 받는 보상형 광고를 제공합니다. 광고는 이용자가 직접 고를 때만 재생되며, 강제로 재생되는 광고는 없습니다. 광고를 보지 않아도 다시 시작은 언제나 무료입니다.

이를 위해 앱에는 Google LLC의 Google Mobile Ads SDK와 User Messaging Platform SDK가 포함되어 있습니다. 앱이 실행되어 광고를 미리 준비하거나 광고를 표시할 때, Google이 아래 정보를 직접 수집할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 Google 서버(미국)로 전송됩니다.

Android에서는 만 18세 이상 연령대를 선택한 이용자에게만 광고 동의를 요청하고 광고를 불러옵니다. 연령을 확인하지 않았거나 만 13~17세로 선택한 이용자에게는 광고를 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 추적과 광고 식별자

iPhone에서는 처음 실행할 때 iOS의 앱 추적 허용을 요청합니다. 허용하면 Google이 Apple 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 맞춤 광고와 광고 성과 측정에 사용할 수 있습니다. 허용하지 않으면 앱은 IDFA에 접근하지 않으며, 광고는 맞춤형이 아닌 방식으로 표시될 수 있습니다. 허용 여부와 관계없이 게임은 똑같이 이용할 수 있습니다.

Android에서는 iOS의 앱 추적 허용 화면을 사용하지 않습니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK가 광고에 Android 광고 ID를 사용할 수 있으며, 이용자는 Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기기와 Android 버전에 따라 설정 경로가 다를 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google의 Android 광고 SDK 데이터 공개 안내를 참고하세요.

5. 광고 동의

유럽경제지역, 영국, 스위스처럼 법이 동의를 요구하는 지역에서는 광고를 요청하기 전에 Google의 동의 화면으로 이용자의 선택을 묻습니다. 이 지역의 이용자는 앱의 설정 화면에 있는 광고 개인정보 선택에서 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. Android에서는 Google UMP SDK가 이 선택 화면을 제공합니다.

6. 결제

iPhone의 코인 상품은 Apple App Store 인앱 결제로 처리됩니다. 개발자는 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 앱은 Apple이 검증한 거래 정보(상품 종류와 거래 번호)를 기기 안에서 확인해 코인을 지급합니다. 결제 정보 처리는 Apple 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

Android 코인 상품은 Google Play Billing으로 결제됩니다. 앱은 Google Play 구매의 서명, 상품, 구매 상태와 구매 토큰을 기기에서 확인합니다. 결제 대기 상태에는 코인을 지급하지 않으며, 완료된 구매는 코인 지급 기록을 기기에 저장한 뒤 소비 처리합니다. 완료됐지만 소비 처리가 끝나지 않은 구매는 앱을 다시 열 때 확인해 처리하고, 저장된 구매 토큰으로 중복 지급을 막습니다. 구매 토큰은 개발자 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 카드 정보는 Google Play가 처리하며, Google의 데이터 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

7. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁

광고 관련 정보는 3항에 설명한 대로 Google SDK가 Google에 직접 전송합니다. Android 결제는 Google Play가 처리하며 앱은 구매 토큰을 개발자 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 이메일 지원으로 받은 회신 주소와 문의 내용은 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.

8. 파기

앱은 개인정보를 개발자 서버로 자동 전송하지 않습니다. 이메일 지원으로 받은 회신 주소와 문의 내용은 문제 해결과 후속 문의 대응에 필요한 동안 보관하고, 더 이상 필요하지 않거나 삭제를 요청하면 삭제합니다. 기기 안의 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. Android의 게임·코인 기록은 앱 백업과 기기 간 전송 대상에서도 제외됩니다. Google이 수집한 정보는 Google의 정책에 따라 파기됩니다.

9. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자와 만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인은 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 이메일 지원으로 제공한 회신 주소와 문의 내용에 관한 요청은 아래 이메일로 보내 주세요. 기기 안의 정보는 앱을 삭제해 지울 수 있고 Google이 수집한 정보는 Google 내 광고 센터나 Google에 직접 요청해 관리할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 요청이나 문의도 아래 이메일로 보내 주시면 10일 이내에 답변드립니다.

돌려팝은 이용자에게 법적 효과나 중대한 영향을 주는 완전히 자동화된 결정을 하지 않습니다.

10. 안전성 확보 조치

개발자는 개인정보를 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 기기 안의 정보는 iOS 또는 Android의 앱 전용 저장 공간에 보관됩니다. iPhone은 Apple이 검증한 거래를, Android는 앱에서 서명을 확인한 Google Play 구매를 코인에 반영하고, 각 거래 번호 또는 구매 토큰을 기록해 중복 지급을 막습니다.

11. 아동의 개인정보

iPhone판은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. Android판의 주요 이용자는 만 13세 이상입니다. Android 첫 실행에서 만 13세 미만, 만 13~17세, 만 18세 이상 중 이용 연령대를 선택하며, 생년월일은 받지 않습니다. 선택한 연령대는 기기에만 저장하고 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

Android에서 만 13세 미만을 선택하면 게임과 결제를 시작할 수 없습니다. 만 13~17세와 연령 미확인 이용자에게는 광고를 제공하지 않으며, 성인으로 선택한 이용자만 광고 동의 절차를 거쳐 선택형 보상 광고를 이용할 수 있습니다. 선택한 연령대는 앱 설정의 이용 연령 설정에서 다시 선택할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 서버에 수집하지 않습니다.

14. 처리방침 변경

데이터 처리 방식이 바뀌면 관련 앱 업데이트를 출시하기 전에 이 페이지를 갱신하고 시행일을 고칩니다. 이용자의 권리에 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다.

개정 이력: 2026년 10월 1일 제정. 2026년 10월 2일 운영자와 개인정보 보호책임자 표기를 보완했습니다. 같은 날 앱 추적 허용(ATT) 요청과 그에 따른 IDFA 처리를 4항과 3항에 반영하고, 이용자가 이메일 지원을 요청할 때 제공하는 정보의 처리와 삭제 방법을 명확히 했습니다. 2026년 10월 3일 Android 앱의 광고 식별자, 기기 저장 기록과 Google Play 결제 처리를 추가했습니다. 같은 날 Android의 이용 연령대 저장, 만 13세 미만 접근 제한 및 청소년 광고 보호를 반영했습니다.

Summary

Rotate Pop has no accounts or sign-in. The app does not automatically collect or store your personal information on a developer-operated server. If you contact support by email, we receive your reply email address and message, use them only to respond and resolve the issue, and do not use them for advertising.
Your game progress and coin balance are stored only on your device.
The app includes Google's advertising SDK, so Google collects device and ad-related information directly to provide rewarded ads.
Coin purchases are processed by Apple on iPhone and Google Play on Android. The developer never receives your payment details.

Data stored only on your device

Level progress, best results, collected pieces, settings (sound, reduced motion), the selected age group on Android, coin balance and history, and the Apple transaction IDs on iPhone or Google Play purchase tokens on Android used to prevent duplicate credits are stored on your device. This data is not sent to a developer server or synced between devices. On Android it is kept in app-private storage and excluded from app backup and device transfer. Deleting the app removes its local records, which may not be recoverable afterward.

Advertising and data collected by Google

Rotate Pop offers rewarded ads: after a failed attempt you may choose to watch an ad for extra moves. Ads play only when you choose them, and restarting is always free.

To provide these ads, the app includes Google LLC's Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform SDK. When the app prepares or shows an ad, Google may collect: device-level identifiers used for advertising and analytics (including Apple's advertising identifier, IDFA, if you allow tracking on iPhone, and the Android advertising ID when available); your IP address and the approximate location derived from it; ad request, impression, and click records; interactions with ads and other app usage; device model and OS version; and performance, diagnostic, and crash data. Google uses this data to serve ads and grant rewards, limit ad frequency, measure and analyze ad performance, prevent fraud, and diagnose SDK issues. The data is sent to Google's servers in the United States and retained under Google's policies. If you do not want this collection, play with your device offline: every puzzle works offline, and only ad rewards and coin purchases are unavailable.

The developer does not receive or store this data. In AdMob the developer sees only aggregate statistics such as impressions and earnings, which do not identify individuals. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.

Tracking and advertising identifiers

On iPhone, Rotate Pop asks for App Tracking Transparency permission on first launch. If you allow it, Google may use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized ads and ad measurement. If you don't, the app does not access the IDFA and ads may be shown without personalization. The game works the same either way. You can change this anytime in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and manage other ad choices under Apple Advertising and in Google My Ad Center.

Android does not use the iOS tracking permission prompt. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may use the Android advertising ID. You can reset or delete that ID in Android's ad privacy settings; the path varies by device and OS version. See Google's Android SDK data disclosure.

Consent

Where the law requires consent, such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choice before ads are requested. You can change it at any time from 광고 개인정보 선택 (Ad privacy choices) in the app's settings. On Android, the Google UMP SDK provides this form.

Purchases

On iPhone, coin packs are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. The app checks Apple-verified transaction information (product and transaction ID) on your device to credit coins. Payment data is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy.

On Android, coin packs are sold through Google Play Billing. The app checks the purchase signature, product, state, and token on your device. Pending purchases receive no coins. For completed purchases, it stores the credit locally before consuming the purchase; on reopening, it checks completed purchases that remain unconsumed and uses saved tokens to prevent duplicate credits. It does not send purchase tokens to a developer server. Google Play handles payment details under the Google Privacy Policy.

Third-party disclosure and processors

Advertising-related information is sent directly to Google by the SDK, as described above. Google Play handles Android purchases; the app does not send purchase tokens to a developer server. The reply address and message received through email support are not used for advertising.

Sharing, retention, and your rights

Support emails, including your reply address and message, are kept only as long as needed to resolve your issue and handle follow-up questions. They are deleted when no longer needed or when you request deletion. You and a child's legal guardian can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of this information by emailing the address below. You can delete on-device data by deleting the app and manage Google-collected data through Google My Ad Center or by contacting Google. For any other request, email the address below and you will receive a reply within 10 days. Rotate Pop makes no fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Children

The iPhone version is not primarily directed at children under 14. The Android version is intended for ages 13 and older. On first launch, Android asks you to choose an age group: under 13, 13–17, or 18 and older. It does not ask for your date of birth. The selected group stays on your device and is not sent to a developer server.

Users selecting under 13 cannot start the Android game or purchases. Ads are not offered to ages 13–17 or users of unknown age. Only users selecting the adult group can use rewarded ads through the advertising consent process. Change your selection in Age settings within the app settings. The developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information on a server.

Changes

If data practices change, this page is updated before the related app update is released, and the effective date above changes with it.
